Our company handcrafts all products. Our order fulfillment time for custom sized products may run 1 to 3 weeks, or more during busy times of year. If you need something fast, please contact us before ordering.
Oftentimes, orders process faster than that but we can’t guarantee a faster processing time.
Made to Order vs. Pre-Made
Check a listing carefully to understand if a product is pre-made and ready to ship or if the product is ordered before it’s handmade. For custom orders please measure your pet and provide measurements according to our measuring diagram HERE.
Both are handmade but the pre-made is shipment ready while the made-to-order products may take up to 3 weeks to be created for you.

The product(s) you receive might vary slightly from the product picture due to the nature of your product(s) being 100% handmade to order.
Care for your new product(s) by:
We recommend machine washing your clothing items on cold in the delicate cycle. Please place them in a zippered delicates/lingere bag before washing to prevent them from becoming misshapen during the wash cycle. We recommend and use dye free and scent free detergent for our items because many pets, especially hairless pets have sensitive skin and allergies!
We recommend all items be hung up or lay flat to dry. Most fabrics can be dried in a dryer on no heat or the lowest heat setting… however this may cause DAMAGE. Such as….shrinkage in cotton or natural fibers, and higher heat can cause melting of synthetic fibers like polyester (fleece or plush). Your space suits will last longer if they are allowed to air dry.

We believe our products are safe when used responsibly. We produce our items to be as safe as possible. However, we must recommend that clothing, harnesses, collars and bedding be used responsibly and safely. We recommend that pets are not left unattended or unsupervised wearing or using these items, especally if they are prone to accidents or get the crazies.
Our company ships through USPS. Economy shipping is free over $50 within the USA. Expidited Shipping is also available, but please contact us for production times first if it is a custom item.
We happily support and love our international customers.
We currently ship all International products through USPS.
Pawsmic.com is not responsible for duty or brokerage fees for international shipping.
These charges come from your country during importation of your package.

Selecting expedited shipping during checkout does not ensure a faster processing time. Your product may still need several weeks to be handmade.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Personalized and/or customized goods are exempt from being returned unless the product arrives defective.
However, please contact us if there is a problem with your items. We want you to be happy with your purchase!

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular items may be refunded, unfortunately sale samples or seconds will have flaws noted and be discounted accordingly. They cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
